1. After logging in, you'll see the Available Courses listed on the home page
2. Click on a course title to view its full description and module outline
3. Review the course sections, learning objectives, and assessment requirements
4. Each course includes: reading materials, quizzes, hands-on labs, and a completion certificate

💳 Step 3: Enrol & Pay

1. On the course page, click the "Enrol me" or "Enrolment options" button
2. You'll see the course fee and the "Select payment type" option
3. Choose Stripe (credit/debit card) as your payment method
4. Enter your card details on the secure Stripe payment page
5. Once payment is confirmed, you'll have immediate access to all course materials
6. Your access is valid for 6 months from the date of enrolment

🎓 Step 4: Learn at Your Own Pace

1. Work through each section in order — start with the introduction and progress through the modules
2. Read: Access PDF materials, case studies, and reference documents
3. Practice: Complete hands-on labs using ComplyNexus tools (ComplySpark, ComplyAura, TrackMatriX)
4. Assess: Take quizzes after each module (60% pass mark, up to 3 attempts)
5. Submit: Complete graded lab assignments with real-world scenarios
6. Track your progress via the progress bar on your dashboard

🏆 Step 5: Earn Your Certificate

1. Complete all required activities: quizzes, labs, and assignments
2. Achieve the minimum passing grade of 60% overall
3. Once all completion criteria are met, your certificate will be automatically generated
4. Download your personalised PDF certificate from the course page
5. Share your achievement on LinkedIn or with your employer!

How long do I have to complete a course?

You have 6 months from the date of enrolment. Courses are self-paced — study whenever it fits your schedule.

Can I retake quizzes if I don't pass?

Yes! You have up to 3 attempts per quiz. Your highest score will be recorded. The passing mark is 60%.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Payments are processed securely with Strong Customer Authentication (SCA).

Do I need prior ESG or AI knowledge?

A basic understanding of compliance and governance is helpful, but our courses are designed to guide you from foundational concepts to advanced practical application.

Yes! The CA platform is fully responsive and works on smartphones, tablets, and desktops. We recommend a laptop or desktop for the best lab experience.
